Dr. Bobbi Conner

Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency & Critical Care Medicine, Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine

I have been teaching veterinary students in some capacity since 2007. I am currently in a Master’s of Education Psychology program at Virginia Tech.

Dr. Laura Hostnik

Clinical Assistant Professor in Equine Internal Medicine, Ohio State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.

For 6 years, I have taught veterinary students in clinical, didactic, and laboratory courses, and graduate students in residency training. I have completed several local workshops at Ohio State’s teaching and learning institute (Drake Institute), including the course design institute for resilient courses.

Dr. Stacey Fox-Alvarez

Clinical Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology and Medical Oncology Service Chief, University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine

I have taught clinical students and house officers as an intern in Emergency and Critical Care, and medical oncology.  I joined the faculty at UF in 2020 and teach in the medical oncology elective course to senior students in addition to didactic topic lectures and clinical teaching for medical oncology clerkship students.

Jesse Watson, EdS

Director of Curriculum and Educator Development NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine

I have worked in educator development and evaluation of teaching quality since 2011 after a decade of teaching in a variety of contexts. In my work as an educational psychology researcher, I have trained on several observation tools and logged over 2,000 hours of teaching observation.
